    Our borrowers all have a demonstrated ability to pre analyze a project to effectively estimate future cash flow. Using an effective cost analysis and tight understanding of the market helps determine these future cash flow estimates.

Our Process

This is the formula that works for our investors as well as our borrowers. We make sure we have all the due diligence and accountability in place in order to earn you the best returns.

Pre-Qualification

Our prequalification process is rigorous to ensure that these borrowers are the cream of the crop and have the right business structure in place to execute on their strategy. We want borrowers who are focused on the long term and not just the short term earnings.

Ongoing Coaching & Accountability

Beyond the initial prequalification we also make sure we have an ongoing relationship with our borrowers in order to validate that they are proactively on top of their projects and will be ready to execute their exit strategy accordingly.

Short Term Mortgages

All of our borrowers have a specific investment strategy that is designed to be a short term loan/mortgage. We purposefully do not loan to borrowers who are in a bad situation or looking for money to clear off debts. These mortgages are purposefully designed to be short term.
